The owner has excellent customer service skills and is super sweet. She bakes her own baked goods. If you like a menu that caters to the seasons, unique cheesecakes, giant cookies, and an assortment of flavored lattes, this is your spot.

Absolutely wonderful! I work close by and walking over for a coffee and delicious pastry or home-made biscuits and gravy has become a daily ritual. It’s delicious every single time! The owner is so friendly and treats quality and service as her top priority. I recently ordered a couple dozen muffins from her for a birthday party, and even though she experienced maintenance issues that morning, she still completed my order for me! And of course, they were the talk of the party because of how yummy they were

Under new management, this cozy spot inside Haws Financial Center is serving up incredible smooth, non-bitter cold brew and a menu full of homemade goodness. The Brunch Croissant is a must-try—flaky, buttery, with a savory filling and a surprise jam that’s to die for! Friendly service, great coffee, and exciting updates like an outdoor seating area coming soon make this place well worth the stop. Don’t miss out on this local treasure!

I ordered a plain latte, there was nothing plain , it had a nutty aroma with a velvet finish. Espresso tamped perfectly and milk steamed just right.

I saw this little shop on the Eugene Foodies page and just had to give it a visit. The owner was so kind, the drink (some pistachio cherry cold foam hybrid that I fell in love with immediately) tasty, and the pastry case beautiful! The owner kept apologizing for being behind and not having the pastry case completely full, but further investigation revealed that this lovely lady is not only the owner, but also the baker, chef, and barista! Not only that, but she puts together extremely tasty, decadent food (pastries, desserts, sandwiches, breakfast burritos, etc) all in the TEENY TINY little café kitchen. Overall a 10/10 experience in which I am planning on revisiting again and again. If you're looking for great coffee, great food, and a great person to support, look no further than Riverbend Coffee Company. Instead of spending $8 on a coffee at Starbucks, consider visiting this little gem and supporting a local business!

Good coffee and amazing pastries. The staff was friendly and helpful. Small place a little out of the way, but worth the trek.

The owner is the absolute sweetest. Hand baked with love — truly phenomenal little shop. I haven’t had coffee - but I’ve gotten food a few times as well as her cookies. Soooooooo delicious.

Lots of parking. Bus stop close by. Friendly, helpful service. Restrooms not locked! Lots of pastries, breakfast, and lunch foods. Pastries are made by the owner. Except bagels and croissants. Extensive beverage menu - coffees, teas, more. No loud music- a plus when having a group gathering.
